Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Umrah Group Packages (Regular, Family, Premium) booked through Hajjji.com.
By using our website, booking system, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking Procedure

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
  • A booking will be confirmed only after the initial advance payment is received.
  • Accurate passport information, phone number, and email address are mandatory for every booking.
  • Group bookings are limited to a specific number of seats (30–40 per group); once seats are filled, further bookings will not be accepted.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • An advance or booking amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before the departure date.
  • Accepted payment methods include: SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer.
  • Cash on delivery or partial payments are not accepted.

 

4. Visa Processing

  • All Umrah visa processing is carried out strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • If a visa is refused, only the service charges (excluding non-refundable costs) will be refunded.
  • Hajjji.com will not be held responsible for visa rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents or false information provided by the pilgrim.

 

5. Travel & Accommodation

  • All travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and transportation) will be organized as per the confirmed package details.
  • Hajjji.com is not liable for any changes in flight schedules, hotel availability, or transport issues caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers. However, we will make every reasonable effort to find suitable alternatives.
  • Hotel distance from Haram or Masjid al-Nabawi is approximate; final confirmation will be provided during visa issuance.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation:
  • Cancellations made 30 days before travel are eligible for a partial refund after deducting service charges.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are non-refundable.
  • Once flights, visas, or hotels are confirmed, all related service charges and tickets are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take up to 30 working days.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hajjji.com will not be responsible for any personal accidents, illnesses, lost baggage, or other issues that occur during travel.
  • However, we will provide full customer support and assistance wherever possible.
  • Every traveler must carry a valid medical certificate and complete all required vaccinations before departure.

 

8. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are required to:
  • Provide valid and accurate documents (Passport, NID, Visa-related papers).
  • Arrive at airports and group meetings on time as per the travel schedule.
  • Abide by the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia during the pilgrimage.

 

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangladesh.
