Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all refund and cancellation procedures related to Umrah Group Package bookings (Regular, Family, Premium) made through Hajjji.com.
By making a booking with us, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Booking Money / Advance Payment

  • To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required.
  • This advance payment is non-refundable, except in the event of a visa rejection, where only the service charge portion may be refunded.

 

3. Visa-Related Refunds

  • If a visa is not approved by the Saudi authorities, the service charge portion will be refunded.
  • However, if the visa is rejected due to incorrect information or incomplete documents, no refund will be applicable.

 

4. Package Cancellation by Customer

  • If canceled 30 days before travel:
    👉 The service charge and air ticket fees will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If canceled within 15 days of travel:
    👉 No refund will be provided.
  • Once the group is confirmed and hotel, transport, or flight bookings are completed, those components will be non-refundable.

 

5. Flight & Hotel Related Refunds

  • Once a flight ticket has been issued, it becomes non-refundable.
  • After a hotel booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If a flight is rescheduled or canceled, any applicable refund will follow the airline’s refund policy.

 

6. Service Cancellation by Hajjji.com

  • In the rare case that Hajjji.com cancels a group or package due to unavoidable reasons, travelers will receive a full refund.
  • However, any services (flight, visa, or hotel) already confirmed before cancellation may still be subject to deduction.

 

7. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must email a written request to support@hajjji-fd04b9.ingress-haven.ewp.live.
  • The refund process will begin upon verification of your request.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days.
  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, etc.).

 

8. Important Notes

  • “No Show” (failure to appear for flight or group departure) → No refund will be issued.
  • Personal reasons (such as illness, family emergency, or financial issues) → Refunds will be processed as per standard policy.
  • Hajjji.com is not liable for any accidents or emergencies that occur during the journey but will provide assistance whenever possible.
